GLP Non-Compartmental Analysis in Clinical Pharmacokinetics

PRI uses WinNonlin Version 5.0.1 for noncompartmental evaluations of pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic data.  Our installation of WinNonlin has been tested and validated for this work.  Validation documentation is available for inspection on request.
PRI has experience with both clinical and nonclinical non-compartmental evaluations and reporting.  We also have experience with the ICH guidelines for appendix contents, source documentation labeling and report format.
